Veldig fornøyd med appen sin funksjonalitet, men det er umulig å komme i kontakt med support. «We read and answer every message we get.» stemmer ganske enkelt ikke. Har sendt flere meldinger over flere uker om problemer med å logge på brukeren min men får ingen respons. Har gratisversjonen og fortjener kanskje ikke svar?

Utrolig kul app som har hjulpet meg til mye god vin. Dessverre litt tekniske utfordringer som;
Valg av region kræsjer appen.
Går ikke endre valuta til NOK hvis du har engelsk språk på iPhone.

Varetelling på kjeller funksjonen fungerer dårlig … den vil rett og slett ikke starte telling 🙈 Kan det være noe jeg ikke får til eller skjønner?

Denne appen er den beste vin appen uansett om du er samler eller vare ønsker en snarvei til å finne gode viner! Godt jobbet Jon T!

Fantastisk konkurrent mot kjente Vivino, samt andre. Godt at den hevder seg mot et økende marked. Dog skulle funksjoner for å søke på venner vært utbedret (kontaktliste/sosiale medier), samt når man legger inn ukjent vin. Sistnevnte må utbedres da man får feilmelding. 
 
Å legge inn vin i «Vinkjelleren»; der er det 2-3 forskjellige metoder å gjøre det på. Her må det forenkles. Selve Vinkjelleren har en mappe man ikke får endret navn på, «ukategorisert», og den vil ligge der mens man lager andre lister. Mye frem og tilbake her. 
Vanskelig å finne igjen notater på den respektive vin i Vinkjelleren. 

3/5 stjerner grunnet utbedringspotensialet.

Vivino har nå startet en påtrengende kampanje for å få oss til å oppgradere til Premium. Helt ok å informere oss om det valget. Men de er ikke ok å kaste oss ut i idiotiske spill etter at vi har skannet en ny vin. Det resultere i at jeg må lukke appen hver gang jeg har skannet en ny vin. Benytt gjerne reklame på appen, men ikke tving oss inn i søppelapper!!! Jeg finner Vivino å være uetisk i sin nye profil. På tide å finne en ny app som har ryddig forretningsetikk.

Flott app, med mange gode funksjoner! Personlig savner jeg et mer utvidet matparingsbibliotek. Savner f.eks muligheten til å sortere vin på sterk mat, sushi, pasta osv. For ikke å glemme vegetar kategori (eller er det tenkt som "grønnsaker"?) Hadde også vært konge med mulighet for å krysse av flere samtidig, som da gir et resultat som reflekterer noe som kan funke til de som er krysset av. F.eks vegetar + pasta
