The app is ok. It serves what is supposed to be. Maybe add more features such as log in thru biometrics.

Philippine government related apps are expectedly non functional, incompetent if not mediocre. After spending time, downloading, creating and filling all the necessary files, it ended up just rotating. Please let the brightest minds do your work, it’s a waste of resources letting the incompetent individuals do the most important facility in the country

Total waste of taxpayers money! Been trying to create an online account to track my PAGIBIG contributions but no way to proceed

PLS ALLOW UNLOCKING OF ACCT THRU THE APP INSTEAD OF VISITING THE BRANCH

disappointing services everytime your account gets locked you will need to go to pag ibig brances to make a formal request to unlock your account. whats the use of the forgot password option if we have to do that all the time.

Since the latest update, app keeps on crashing or it does not allow you to log-in. It used to work just fine.

Ang bulok ng app n to. Kahit tama ung password ko ayaw pumasok nalock tuloy ang account ko. Si ko na tuloy ma access ung account ko. Dapat pla sa desk too nlng ako nag login. Paayos nyo app nyo. Laki laki ng kinikita nyo sming mga member ayaw nyo ayusin simpling apps lng.

As per news, this should be available by April 2024 but until now wala pa rin update kung ma materialized ba or hindi yung quick loan program
