The worst company
A month ago this company lost my and other people's baggage in Mexico. I've been trying to contact this company for about 2 weeks. I called and spent almost 1 hour talking and giving details about my baggage (yes it's funny). They created a report and promised to call back in a day. No call. Calls from my country are very expensive, I can't call every day, I send email, but they don't reply. I've already spent 100$ for a call and now I'm trying to reach them by mail. I wonder if anyone from this company can take this resposibility and resolve my problem...
