The told me I will get a 3 day trial then charged me I reached out Apple has denied my refund request and said I should reach out to you guys I need my money back. Or take the 9.99 and refund me the $60 I’m never using the app and I’m not planning to I can’t pay for the year. Yes I already reached out to Apple they denied the refund request and said I should reach out to app support. I’ve been trying to reach out to you guys no response. I’ve exhausted all those options No one is assisting I just need a refund. I’m not using the app. You guys need to take the matter on your hands seeing that Apple won’t refund me. I went to report an issue request a refund they denied the refund after an appeal to have a refund they denied it again and said final decision I called and they couldn’t assist. I need a refund please. I’ve been back and forth with you guys for almost a month now. Y’all are scammers I’ll make sure everyone knows I’m making sure it’s posted on all social media platforms they are scammers

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. Let me be extremely clear: I was charged $70 for a subscription I never agreed to, for an app that is completely non-functional and offers none of the features it promises. This app is a straight-up scam, and I’m furious that Apple is allowing it to exist on the App Store. First of all, I never authorized this payment. I didn’t double-click, didn’t confirm a purchase, and didn’t even get a notification until DAYS after supposedly starting a free trial I don’t recall ever activating. The app didn’t charge me until nearly two weeks later—and the three-day trial window they claim to offer? Completely misleading. If I didn’t even use the app during the trial, how am I being charged after, for something I didn’t touch? Second, once I noticed the charge, I tried using the app to at least see what I supposedly paid for. It’s supposed to be a VPN—but the VPN doesn’t work at all. Nothing loads. Every time I open the app, it asks me to “restore purchases,” but even after doing that, I still don’t have access to the premium features. In fact, it acts like I never paid in the first place, even though the $70 is gone from my Apple Cash. Let’s be real—why would anyone intentionally pay this much for an app that literally does nothing? No features, no service, no value. And when I reported the issue to Apple? They denied my refund request in under 24 hours and claimed I wasn’t eligible—even though I explained that the app is broken and never provided what I paid for. This app is preying on people. It falsely offers trials, sneaks in huge charges, fails to deliver its promised features, and hides behind Apple’s refund system when people complain. It’s unethical, exploitative, and Apple needs to remove it immediately. If you’re reading this, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It’s not just a waste of money—it’s a scam that takes your money and gives you absolutely nothing in return.

I’ve used this app a whole my time, and this time it happened something wrong idk what happened but something happened!!! Pls fix that and it feels like that button in the app can self connect or disconnect😔 I hope y’all will fix that problem that appeared

Я пользовался бесплатной версией все время и сегодня впн перестал работать даже когда менял страну . Как только выходу из приложения он сразу отключается
