Har inte haft några problem förutom bokning av bil. Det gick inte att lägga till barnstol när jag bokade och kontakta support i efterhand gav inga resultat. 

Jag kontaktade dem 3 gånger första var otrevlig och visste inte vad barnstol är, 2a gången använde jag chat funktionen, de sa de att de skulle kolla upp det med kollega och slutade svara, 3e gången fick jag bara prisuppgifter om vad det skulle kosta att lägga till barnstol och sa tar jag skulle be om en på plats trotts att det explicit står att de inte garanterar tillgänglighet om man inte förbokar. 

Kort sagt, det enda som gör att det blev 3 stjärnor och inte 1 var att jag avbokade bilen utan problem och fick tillbaka pengar ganska fort.

Bokade ett flyg med Ryanair, en timme före avgång går det fortfarande inte att checka in och de utlovade boardingkorgen i appen dök aldrig upp. Fick checka in manuellt på Ryanair disken för 645:- per resa. Den enda kundtjänst Bravo appen erbjuder är en chatt som dessutom öppnar först 08 vilket gjorde att jag som lyfte 07:20 inte kunde få hjälp alls. Boka direkt hos det flygbolag du vill flyga med, undvik dessa skojare. Sämsta upplevelsen ever faktiskt rörande en flygbokningsportal.

Bokade och betalade flyg. Flyget hem blev inställt och jag blev erbjuden 11 euro som återbetalning trots att hela resan gick på 330 euro tur/retur. Sen när jag skulle kliva ombord i Stockholm så sa dom på KLM att jag inte hade en giltig biljett. Kontaktade dem för en vecka sedan, har inte hört ngt ifrån dom.

Köpte flexible biljett för en lite större summa. Kan inte boka om flyget till ett annat datum i appen vilken var en av fördelarna, fick åka till flygplatsen för att höra att mitt flyg har blivit inställt och förflyttat 2 dagar senare vilken absolut inte står i appen. Kan varken ringa eller maila för dem svarar inte utan bara rekommenderar oss till appen som inte ger några korrekta svar. Kommer aldrig köpa härifrån igen!!

Den som kommit denna app är ett GENI 👍 (du får verkligen de bösta flygpriserna, du kan tillochmed göra incheckningen direkt och identifiera dig med passnumret så är det klart 😎)
