It’s not worth it, the crew are very rude especially if you don’t speak Español. They keep changing your seats until you board your flight and even after you board the flight. I’ve heard it’s relatively a decent airline compared to others in Mexico but my experience with Aeromexico and viva Aerobus are far better, in terms of the crew they are very friendly. I would never fly with Volaris if I have other options even it costs a few bucks more.
