For a year they have been delivering across my street (yes literally across the street) and for a year I have been asking them why does this happen when their delivery associates literally pass from under my house to go the other side but their answer was always eno the system is slow. My guess is that the system only delivers for “rich areas”.

I've had a terrible experience with Voo. Despite their constant promotions claiming they offer "fast delivery," my orders have consistently taken an hour or more to arrive. This is nowhere near the level of service they advertise. What makes matters worse is the customer service. When I tried to address the issue, I was met with automated responses that didn't resolve my concerns. It's incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and unvalued as a customer. I expected better from a company that markets itself as quick and efficient. If you're looking for reliable and fast delivery, look elsewhere. Voo has been nothing but a disappointment.

50% of orders are delivered late, latest one took 2 hours.

So I checked Help center, after texting with them more than 30 mins (almost on hold for 20 mins) they did not even able to tell me when the order will be delivered, so I asked for a call.

 Head of complains called to apologize, and commit that order will be delivered in 15 mins max , and as compensation full amount will be added to wallet; Order delivered after 35 mins , she did not add any compensation.
