Refund Request Unfairly Denied
I accidentally purchased a subscription and requested a refund immediately. However, my request was denied, even though I explained that the money was important to me. Very disappointed with the lack of support.

- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
