VyStar Card Control

I struggled with Vystar apps FOR YEARS, and they never seem to get it right. I’m trying to use this app, and it says it’s sending a code to my email… which never comes…. so I sign into their website to update my email. There’s apparently no way for me to update my email preferences on their website, either! When Vystar switched over to this new system, it was horrific for months!!! I spend as little time as possible interacting with this app, and this just reminds me why!

It requires login from the original app but when it takes you to the original app to login it doesn’t redirect you back or give you access once you’re logged in.

VyStar expects us to download so many apps to control access of our card but they never seem to want to fix the problem on the apps. Should have just made everything on one app like BOA

Forgot debit card pin. Down the rabbit hole led me to this app to see if i could reset it. Downloaded it and i can’t even login. I go to the regular app like it asks to login, then routes me back and says there’s an error.

It doesn’t allow me open the application.

This app needs to be fixed, when trying to open the app it keeps given me a error message regarding no connection, it’s embarrassing when you have to pay for something and the app is not wanting to open up so I can unlock my card, I’ve been a member for 10+ years and VyStar has gone downhill and I will most likely be getting another bank do to the ongoing issues the apps and VyStar has been going through the past couple of years. This is crazy. Please fix it.

It does what it’s intended to do… when it works. I keep cards locked until I need to use them then I unlock one long enough to use it then lock it again. In the last four months, it’s been a coin toss on if the app will work or not when I need it. When it doesn’t work, which is about 60% of the time I need it to, it gives me some server error message.

App will not let me in to lock card…any of my other cards does not have this issue! This is ridiculous!!!

This app has been been giving me problems from day one it constantly say connection with network turn off my WiFi it’s the same issue. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled so many times still having the same problem. This is important to use who has Vystar to be able to lock and unlock card please fix

Horrible app. Cannot log in again today to unlock my card. “Server cannot be reached”. Time to find a new bank!
