I am new to meditation and I tried using the Waking Up app for a month with the beginner course. I got more and more frustrated as most of the time I could not understand what Sam was talking about in his guided meditation sessions and the theory sessions were even worse! It’s a completely foreign language and definitely not beginner friendly. I’m canceling my subscription.

My friends told  me about this app. So I downloaded it , the  meditation open one time then you have to pay to access to all it benefits.  I’ve decided to cancel my account there is 5 steps. At the 4th step they will send verification code to your email which they never sent. 
I don’t how we are going to trust Sam Harris and his idea about mindfulness meditation. if he the only thing think about money. 
I’m using other app Patit BamBou for more than 4 month for free.

If you're looking for a Spotify for meditation, this is not the app fo you. If you're looking to learn Sam Harris style of meditation, there's no better place then this. The meditations are so deeply relaxing that I often find myself self slipping into sleep even though almost always do it seated in a chair. This is meditation course spanning over 60 days with podcast and other features. It's a well built app and they have unbelievably excellent customer support. Kudos the support team at Waking up!

The course is very simple, straight forward and powerful.The lessons are inspiring and the daily meditations are amazing.

I’ve read Sam’s books. Heard him on his podcast and others discuss meditation in great detail.

His clear understanding of the process shows in the app. He’s definitely one of the best to learn from.
