Walking on Earth (WONE)

Great sessions run by really great experts, love that I get calendar invites so I never forget to practice.

This app is so good. It’s my go-to app when I’m feeling stressed or tired. The best bit is that the sessions are short so I can fit them into my day at work. They have a couple of cool features that help with motivation - adding sessions to my work calendar for me, and then showing me the benefits to things like my heart rate after doing a session. Love it!

This app is so amazing! I never used to be into holistic living and didn’t care much about my well-being but after my friend told me her experience with this app and the classes I thought I would give it a shot. And wow I must tell you it’s really changed my view on well-being. After taking a few yoga classes I am now ADDICTED and do a class at least 3 times a week. Not only has this app changer my body and made me fitter but also made me more calm and relaxed and really helped my disassociation! Even though the classes can be a bit pricey it is worth every cent bc you only get one body :))))

All the classes I’ve tried so far have been fantastic!

Love this app as I use it to register for yoga, meditation and breathwork classes with teachers I love :)
