Customization
I can’t seem to get past the customization menu. When asked which areas I want to focus on, the continue button lights up but no amount of tapping will let me get through to the next screen. A bug?

Love this app. I just completed day 20 and do see results. I love it so much it is the first thing I do after getting out of bed in the morning.
Easy workouts that you feel the next day
I am on day 3. Fist day I did the 10 mins and thought they were way to easy to be doing anything. Day two I was sore in muscles that proved the exercise was indeed actually working unused muscles. Day 3 was harder for me but my legs are weak and it was mostly all wall squats. I am very please so far and for the price… a winner for me!

This app works great and shows results right away! I love the trainer helping beside you always making sure you rest and do the stretches for exercise correctly. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone wanting to get fit and healthy!
