I recently asked for a refund on what I thought was a misleading offer.
Apple refunded the money.

However, War Machines put me in debt for over 8000 diamonds. My $15 refund became a $250 buy back in. 
Because I could not use my tank, I then canceled my premium subscription, which was only about a week old.
Apple again promptly return my payment. 
I now owe War Machines over 1100 diamonds before I can use my two tanks.
Eight years of playing this game and building tanks to the maximum and they are frozen, unable to be used.
It would be easier to heard a bunch of cats than it is to get somebody to speak to .
Lesson learned,8 years of loyalty 2 frozen tanks unless I pay more than I was refunded.

If you are a non buying player you are a second class player. You will need to be more accurate than players who spend lots of money you will not pickup drops even if you are closer than a player who has an upgraded tank. Fusion is a joke what you get for 5 custimasations and earned money is screwed. If you end up on the blue team you will always be on the blue team and have approximately a 25 percent chance of winning   If you win a certain amount of garage supplies you exceed the limit and what do you get one diamond. So what can you expect if you don’t spend spend spend. You will be cannon fodder!!!!
