Wash Club - Unlimited Car Wash

My location is on. I’m in PA, but it’s only allowing me to select car washes in Florida. Unable to use app

Best car wash in Tallahassee by far, but the app is pretty much worthless. Now I remember why I deleted it the first time.

Won’t even let me make an account just a loading circle for eternity.

I have been through three different vehicles, used several different locations with only minimal issues. Staff is easily accessible by phone or in person. The issues included getting billed for the wash club kit available at the vacuum station and not receiving the item. Went to the office and they handed me a kit.

I can’t get beyond the location to select a package. Very frustrating

Essentially, you’re stuck with a recurring fee that’s impossible to cancel.

I use the app to manage the car wash memberships on my vehicles. It works well. There is a way to cancel your membership within the app - you just click the silhouette in the upper right corner, go to My Cars, click the vehicle you want to cancel, click the Wash Package button, then click Cancel Subscription down at the bottom. It works well for what it is intended to do.

It keeps freezing and closing :(

Good when it works, but following the directions to change the license plate on the same car resulted in an additional subscription charge. Email to local car wash manager has gone unanswered.

I can’t even register because it doesn’t have my model truck (RAM 2500), it’s not a unique vehicle. And the fact that you can’t cancel the membership is a huge red flag.
