## Washnet Description
Washnet is online laundry payment and monitoring system. It is a state-of-the-art mobile and Web App that will help you complete your laundry process with minimal fuss.

Washnet has a cashless payment system that uses debit or credit payment cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay and, PayPal (for certain transactions). Using Washnet, our users can:

Pay as you go
Access Laundry Membership Schemes – if these are enabled at your location, you’ll be able to see them in the App
Send a payment link to a friend or family member - the gift of laundry
Reserve a machine prior to going to the laundry, making sure a machine is available for you
Get notified when a machine becomes available
Get notified when your machine is about to finish
Get automatic refunds if your machine did not start 
Get notified if there is a fault with your machine, including instructions if it is easy to fix, for example a door not closed properly
Washnet has accurate real time monitoring functionality 24/7, letting you know exactly what the status of your laundry is.

Put my clothes in to wash and it was late so no customers support or maintenance available. The machine was spinning and heating my clothes for 3 hours while I tried to open and cancel machine but let me . Had to get the buildings security and he said we gonna have to open with force I am very angry as my clothes are probably ruined but still can’t access them at 4 in the morning and will have until 8 for maintenance. No help and never recommend understand that other people have had this problem 😡😡😡😡

Would give less stars honestly,
Had washers ‘malfunction’ multiple times. But the timer still goes so I end up with soaking clothes. After contacting I was told it was both too heavy a load and too light a load. I’m writing this after the second time it happened. My load was 5kg in a 10kg washer. It still happened. 

Also problematic dryers taking 4 (yes FOUR) 30 minute drys to dry my stuff (again a very reasonable amount of stuff). It was only after swapping to another dryer that it was actually dried. And according to the person I contacted this was my fault? 
Washnet you owe me £4.40 (I’m broke and can’t afford to waste time and money waiting next to a dryer for hours)
