Frustrating app

Regularly crashes especially when casting to tv. Allows you to purchase subscription and then tells you the content is not available. I’d rather pay more for something more reliable, this app is head wrecking.

Okay when it works

It keeps stalling it, especially when I try to cast it vi Chrome Cast. Also I had purchased passes before and now I can’t seem to watch back the content I had purchased the passes for.

Worst app ever, shame on FIH and developer

Nothing short of disgraceful, no excuse for an app out this long to still have so many bugs; randomly signs you out, randomly stops playing, randomly crashes, doesn’t go full screen, doesn’t support landscape mode, doesn’t support Picture in Picture mode to name a few issues. I have actually streamed a tournament to it myself in the past and my experience was equally brutal. The whole think stink of FIH ineptitude, lack of oversight and pure waste of money investing in it. Partly what’s ruining our game

Log in

Wont let me log in. Loads for a little bit and then just stops

Really Bad

Terrible UI. None of the highlights in order of recent release, clunky to use and crashes often. Needs to be fixed asap.

Can’t login

Won’t let me log in, even after resetting my password and making a new account it still won’t let me in :(

App not working

I’ve used this app quite frequently over the last year but it’s not stopped working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times on both my iPad & my phone but it still doesn’t work. The app opens but I can’t click in anything or open anything further then the main page. Disappointing.

So far so good

I watched all of the GB FIH games June 2024 with no problems the Tournament pass was £4.00 + VAT. Am hoping that the Tournament in The Netherlands will be available later on in June….

Can’t think of anything good about this app

This is one of those infuriating apps where you can’t log on because it says you have the incorrect password, even though you just changed it inside the app only 30 seconds ago. I can’t tell you what it’s like to watch a game as I never got that far. It’s a shame because there should be more hockey on TV but not through this provider. Avoid.

Great idea but so buggy

Great to see hockey being made available but the app is terrible.
