Error while linking with yoma bank account
Need to fix yoma bank account linking error for level 2 user on iOS

Don’t download it my app can’t use but they was not support for me during 24 hr, They steal my money!ကျွှန်တော် ၅ရက်နေ့ည မှာ ကျနော့် ရဲ့ phထဲက appထဲကို လုံးဝင်လို့မရတော့ပါဘူး ။အက်တာနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပီးတော့လည်း wave money က လုံဝကူညီပေးမှု တာဝန်ယူမှုမရှိပါဘူး ဖုန်းဆက်တာလည်း အလိုလျောက်ပြောသော အသံစနစ်နဲ့ပဲပြန်ဖြေပေးပါတယ် တာဝန်ယူမှုလုံးဝမရှိပါဘူး။

Doesn’t even deserve a star!!!
Rubbishy app Someone sent money to my number, received money via SMS but it doesn’t sync in the app. Also, there is charges on every transition. There is no way to transfer money back to your bank account unless you go and take out money at wave money agent/shop that is inconvenient. Worst customer service, terribly frustrating I have setup basic account in the app on mobile phone, upgraded the account to super level account by submitting IC and all of a sudden my name has changed incorrectly by the system. Called customer service and asked them to change correct name back base on my IC afterwards they created a ticket but closed with no resolution after 2 weeks. Called customer service again but they said cannot help and asked me to raise the issue via Facebook chat. Contacted and they asked me to submit the IC again by hand written IC number. Understood this is due to security reason although C’mon this is not a request of password reset or update mobile number of the account. Why do I need to submit the IC multiple times just to correct my name which was updated incorrectly by the system? They don’t bother to check at their back end what have done by their system and assist customer accordingly. They don’t follow up and totally don’t care the customer experience.
User friendly and one stop app
Easy to transfer money between friends; can waive and pay at most of the shop, restaurants, groceries etc.; can pay bills & payment like services, online, loan etc.
Glitch
I haven’t been able to send money back into my YOMA bank account. Please fix this glitch ASAP!!!!
So bad Telenor call center service
Why don’t already mention in app that way pay doesn’t work with MPT number? The operator also don’t know how to answers customers questions, I think they only know format questions and answer ! The connection and service are poor , so I don’t use your Telenor number, so don’t ask me to use Telenor number again , Ok ?
Deduct User’s Balance
When you no longer use this app after a year, they deduct your remaining balance and no cash back. Better, no money left over in this app and they will not retain your money and they will take over remaining balance as per their app rule and policy. No Claim!!!!!!! No user right!!!!!!! Not Same with Bank app.
