I wanted a tall display for my dept 56 village but since I am old, I realize it’s too late in life to start a big project but this 24 inch Christmas display will be just perfect!

I have bought a few items from Wayfair and they treat me like Family-honestly! Their items are nicely priced and they have sales that beat the sales before the other ones run out! I can’t find a gd thing. I love Wayfair, but this new app design is terrible. I used to be able to quickly find exactly what I want. But now, I can’t even find simple silk flowers. What happened?

All my orders have arrived on time or earlier! Delivery has been flawless & I have ordered some very large items.

It pulls up the wrong card rather than defaulting to the Wayfair card and then it pulls up a card that is expired and doesn’t offer the option to select. What card do you want to use. Pathetic.

First and foremost, none of these reviews seem to cover how poor the quality of delivery and products from Wayfair is. I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on furnishing my home as advertised from this site only to receive subpar, damaged items. Every single thing I ordered came with at least one broken part, which customer service only offered to replace the specific part and not a partial refund for the delay of the item essentially. For example, my bed frame comes in awful condition, the headboard completely busted up and other parts cracked in half. All the customer service representative offered was to send over the broken pieces, 5 days after discovering the issue. Now I don’t have a bed for 5 more days… with no inconvenience refund offered. **** my biggest issue!! Additionally, this site advertises that you will receive your packages on your door step, but the delivery men were too lazy to even bring it past the driveway where the cars are parked. Even at that, it seems they literally hurled each package out of their delivery van and each already heavy box I had to pick up myself was made much more difficult because of the busted cardboard boxes. So after having to figure out how to carry hundred pound busted up boxes to my front door, upon opening most packages the most important parts are broken! I will never be ordered from Wayfair again. Good luck to those who do, hope you’re willing to break your back to receive broken, poor quality items.
