- requires two apps to handle video calls (sometimes?)
- notifications always go to the wrong device. Whichever device is inactive gets notified, so I miss them on the device I’m working on currently.
- absolutely bizarre UX decisions left and right

This is better than the desktop app, I’ll give it that.

I downloaded the app for a call with a business that uses webex as their video conference provider. It connected the call, but the audio wouldn’t connect with my bluetooth headset nor speaker. All the buttons (audio mute, video on-off) were non-functional during the call. And when I tried to report the bug, it would only accept input if I first created an account. Truly a terrible product, even compared to other video call solutions.
