Depositing funds into the platform is obviously very easy but withdrawing the same funds out is a hassle. You cannot ever talk to the customer service you get bots instead and the bot says the settling time is 12 hours, well I waited for a good 2 weeks to finally be able to get hands on my money. It's super centralised and you don't have access to your own money.

### *---- "Lagging real time options even after paying monthly"
I am extremely disappointed with Webull’s real time options data. It has failed me many times. 

The monthly paid real time options data always lags at the most inconvenient times of the day. Just today, it lagged right at market open and I wasn’t able to execute or cancel my orders. After five to six times of closing the app and restarting the app it started acting normal again. 

I have notified the customer service department and they gave me an automated message stating they will check for me.

This is really frustrating and unacceptable as I’m paying for real live options data on a monthly basis. 

Overall Webull’s trading platform is good but this really pisses me off.

Very good so far. I would like to see the Account PnL in USD instead of just HKD because I trade mostly US Market. Also, please also add the PnL calendar on the mobile app. Attaching profit and stop loss to stop order would also be nice too.

The font size on desktop is a little bit small and would be nice to have the adjustment option.
