Compré una entrada que se me cobró y no me llegó y después de una semana el soporte solo me a dado largas y singo sin mi dinero o sin la entrada

La app falla, las búsquedas sugeridas dan 0 resultados, no puedes volver atrás, no puedes añadir entradas al carro ni sumar +1…
No funcionan los filtros
Metes por ejemplo de ciudad Sevilla y te aparece que no hay ningún concierto pendiente.
Paupérrima
0 estrellas. Tengo todas las notificaciones desactivadas excepto 1 en la App y está continuamente notificando y muchas veces publicidad! Y ni siquiera de conciertos, o música. Aparte se cuelga cuando le da la gana. Lamentable.

Después de un año esperando la devolución de las dos entradas del concierto que suspendieron sin previo aviso y escribirles no sé cuántas veces, no han devuelto nada alegando que el promotor no les paga, a mi el promotor me da igual YO OS LAS COMPRE A VOSOTROS PEDAZOS DE ESTAFADORES………… no compréis por aquí hay otras empresas que si que cumplen cuando compras y hay problemas….. no la utilicen muy mal servicio

Se queda pillada constantemente la app y toca reiniciarla….

Siempre la había usado pero ahora no me deja ni abrir la app! Últimamente estaba fallando mucho… de mal a peor :(
Se la han cargado
Ya no puedes ver que artistas tocan en un evento . Y en el seguimiento de artistas han eliminado los conciertos que tienen y si tienen o no . La han convertido en una app para hacer negocio con enlaces interminables Don dinero !!!!
PARA SPAM
No funciona bien, la parte de notificaciones no hace responde, no puedo modificar mis preferencias para que dejen de sapamearme el correo todos los días, les escribo via correo y me dicen que lo modifique desde la app, de que vais? La cantidad de correos diarios roza el acoso.
