## Wellhub (Gympass) Reviews in Румыния

### **--- "Just installed it and first impression is horrible"
Just got the app, and always wants access for my location. Why, just give me a QR code to scan… also, buggy as hell from the get go, can’t add a recovery email, sometimes the bottom tabs are not visible. Very poor app.

Update, at least it worked well for checking into the gym so i increase the rating to 2 stars
-- ElRubioRom, 2026-09-17

### *---- "Downgrade"
7 card avea check in uri non stop si Acu daca vreau sa mă duc la 1 noaptea trb sa aștept până următoarea zi sa pot sa mă duc iar
-- NMCmaleficusrl, 2026-09-08

### *---- "Horrible App"
7 cards was way better
-- sk8_luc, 2026-09-07

### *---- "Worst App"
The single worst gym app experience. Besides all the annoying stuff which happened at launch, now you could be going to a gym and then they interrupt the contract without you knowing and you end up arriving at the gym with no way to enter because none of the good gyms want to work with the horrible app.
Really do hope they go bankrupt and stop having business.
-- ciprisiladi, 2026-09-02

### **--- "Awful experience"
I never thought that this update would be so poorly managed. The transition felt so off, and the whole experience feels like a continuous fight with AI. 7Card support and smoothness were way above everything you offered. You cannot get an invoice for what you pay. When you ask for that, they just offer you the same AI answer, even when emailing support (download that joke receipt that no accountant can use). Not being able to check in twice a day. I deeply regret trusting you and being silly enough to believe you would inherit 7Card’s level of expertise and superior skills.
-- ljvjvbhfbxgh, 2026-09-01

### *---- "Missing location"
My favorite gym BVS is no longer available.
-- AndreiAndrei123, 2026-08-31

### *---- "Scam"
This app doesent work at all, being blocked by an Ai that simply doesent recognise your log in. I got free diamond subscription from the company and i get taxed. If you try to speak to someone you cant. The ai blocks u. Its a scam
-- rzwbtk, 2026-08-30

### *---- "Very basic app"
Not able to book classes or personal trainer . Not able to add family members.
-- Ioana Budu, 2026-08-30
