Downloaded a file and attempting to print it? Well it will show you you haven’t downloaded it. All the inconveniences and extra cost associated make this app useless for anyone who isn’t forced to use it. But after I used it once, my experience was great. It was easy to upload the documents I needed to print urgently onto the cloud, and I LOVE the rocket printing option which makes the process so much faster. Just scanning the NFC tag automatically starts the printing process when I’m at a machine. I honestly think the reason why the ratings are so low is because people only tend to leave reviews when they encounter issues, whereas 80-90% of people that have a smooth experience don’t bother as the app is just functioning as promised.
