I did not even know I had an account, how am I to guess these details on less than 3 tries.

Selfie process always fails first time. If your passwords don’t match, you need to start from the very beginning…and when you finally get to the end, it just says system offline.

If youre lucky you may get the app to show you your settlement quotation. Most of the time it doesnt work. And when it does, it shows you the document from the same effective date every time even if you change the date. Embarrassingly bad.

Even after the recent version 6.0.4-36 update the app still does not allow me to register, consistently telling me my account number is invalid. I have had this account number for 25 months now, clearly there is bug in the onboarding process.
