Not user friendly. Choosing what pub I’m at took long time. I made a mistake and couldn’t go back. The menus should show clear the name of the pub and address.

App ok - payment with two-Factor Authentication does not work
Ordering works perfectly, but the payment process does not work if the creditcard uses SMS for Authentication.

Good value for money, nice food, nice atmosphere and service minded staff

I have just downloaded the app at London Heathrow! Was looking for “fish&chips” which is en the paper menu! It was not to be found in the app. Manager came by and said “it was here yesterday”? Cool!? And he continued “would you mind ordering in the bar”.

Super Nice spot - good and cheap food and easy to ordre with this app👍
Apps good, connectivity some places not
Apps decent and straightforward to use. Just a suggestion - maybe automatically link to WiFi through the app? Some pubs you get no signal whatsoever thus defeating the object of the app
