Apps decent and straightforward to use. Just a suggestion - maybe automatically link to WiFi through the app? Some pubs you get no signal whatsoever thus defeating the object of the app

I ordered an American burger off of the app. Was told it would come with chips. Was given a plain burger. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do as the American burger was registered as a plain burger on the till. Will not be ordering an American burger from the Kings Fee again!

I think the table numbers need some TLC as wasted money today items went wrong table. Thr brass tags unclear, get damaged struggle with eye sight. That staff know issues but th black marker rubbed off. Other restaurants got better table numbering system less confusing clearer.

If I try to use my debit card or Apple Pay, it always returns an error.   I can only pay with PayPal which requires an additional login. 

Overall the app is clunky.  It takes too long to order.  

It would benefit from a frequently ordered option.

Since version 6 update, Apple Pay is very unreliable. No end of times I get to the final payment stage of the app and it freezes, so I have to start again.

So I reopen the app but then it asks if I'm in some other pub elsewhere in the country. Really? What kind of useless feature is this when you can't even get the basics right? Yet Apple Pay was rock solid with version 5 so why have you broken it?

When it works, it works well. But when it randomly decides it has network problems, particularly on the pub WiFi which a speed test indicates is working OK, then it is pretty much unusable. If they can sort that out it would be at least a 4* app

Always had an easy time using this app. Layout is clean, and the app is generally easy to navigate and use.

The main issue that I’ve noticed recently is that the app doesn’t seem to connect when on The Cloud WiFi - provide by Wetherspoons themselves. Possibly some issue with it being a public network? All other websites / apps seem to load fine so confused why this app won’t.

For an improvement it would be great if wait times were displayed at the point of selecting the pub, or at checkout.

When the app works it is great. However, it often relies on the often poor Mobile internet infrastructure the uk that is just not strong enough to run the app unless you live in a city or large town with a decent mobile service. There is a lot of potential in the app but the often reliance on uk mobile internet is killing the apps current useability.

Updated today and noticed the choice of drink isn’t automatically added to your meal now. Very sneaky way to stop people getting their drink included with the meal and pay separately, make more money,  very poor app Wetherspooons.

One person at the bar doing many jobs , Saturday midday no one actually serving.
When I asked to be served after 3-4 minutes, ‘I will be there in a minute’ service too slow.
All tables have plates on them no where to sit.
People serving food never take plates away!🤨

Every update breaks this app. Basic stuff like not being able to scroll down a page!!! Who tests this stuff? Used to be a 5 star app. Now poor design choices and testing is reducing something that just worked into something to fight with.
