I keep sending mails about my package. They told me that I have to contact USPS because the seller already shipped my shoes but I looked up the tracking status and it was not true (the tracking shows the package is still at pre-shipment). I try to find a phone number to call Whatnot support department and it’s impossible to get in contact with then if it’s not trough mails.

My usps package has been delivered to Des Moines twice. It arrived.. later departed, just to “arrive” for the second time at that facility. Package was supposed to be delivered on the 21st.
