Which?

Oops your app doesn’t work! Yes I have actually checked and I’m online and able to successfully use other apps. Have deleted the app and reinstalled but get same error message. App is unusable and deleted again ! Very disappointed!

The app says I’m offline so it doesn’t work. I m not offline. I tried reinstalling the app but it just said that I was offline. I couldn’t have reinstalled it if I was offline.

This app is very buggy, I experience consistent lag and often find the back arrow doesn’t work. My phone is relatively new and running the latest iOS but still this app is frustrating and slow.

The content of the App is brilliant, everything that you need to know from the online version in a condensed form. So 10/10. But. The speed and operation of the App itself leaves a lot to be desired. The most frustrating aspect is the back button. It works, but in its own sweet time. So much so you end up tapping it again because you think you may have missed it, only to then go back two or three pages. I have recently upgraded my phone thinking the slowness was down to an old handset/ OS, but even using an iPhone 16 it’s painfully slow. Come on Which? sort this out and you’ll have a 10/10 App for everything!

I was looking for some sort of reference as to what was the best gaming monitors. Or am I missing something on the app? Disappointed 😔

Just basic information… what about heat pumps they use in Scandinavian countries which give out higher heat so don’t need to increase radiators sizes? I thought the magazine would give more knowledgeable advice; new to the market, future developments

I’ve used this app for many years and it’s mostly been ok, but recently it has become horribly slow and laggy on my iPhone 13 Pro - slow enough that it’s really hard to navigate around: tap the back button and it might be several seconds before anything happens, or it might not notice the tap at all. Sometimes I give up and tap again and then find it takes me back 2 steps and throws away all my search criteria. I flat have an older iPad (but still supported on the current OS) and it’s absolutely unusable on that. All the other apps I often use on it are fine. I think Which? needs to focus on responsiveness for a while. Historically the search and coverage haven’t always been great but these are much better now. It’s a useful app, but just needs some attention on performance.

For the premium price, you would expect a seamless experience, but instead, you’re left battling an app that feels like it’s stuck in the past. There are free alternatives available that function far better and provide comparable information. Final Thoughts The Which? app is a disappointment. Its sluggish performance, poor usability, and lack of reliability make it frustrating to use. For a paid service, the app should deliver a polished and efficient experience, but it fails on all fronts. I cannot recommend it, as it feels like a waste of both time and money. You’re better off accessing their content through the website or exploring free alternatives.

Very slow app. Tapping something takes 3-5 seconds to respond. (M2 iPad Air and great internet)

I always look to see what Which recommends. As they’ve never let me down.
