I've experienced significant frustration with this game. Despite reaching out on multiple platforms, including Instagram and email, regarding a persistent issue of the game abruptly closing, there has been zero response from the developers for months. This lack of customer support is incredibly disappointing and has left me with no choice but to uninstall the game. It's disheartening when a company fails to address user concerns, especially when it directly impacts the overall gaming experience. A responsive and attentive support system is crucial for maintaining player satisfaction, and the absence of such in this case has been a major letdown.
