What is the point to pay them money if you have so many bugs. Desktop version is also terrible. Cannot buy Jahreskarte online at all….. will better go to the station.

Худшее приложение транспорта из европейских столиц. Чтобы купить билет нужно заполнить кучу документов, в Праге билет доступен через 10 секунд. Невозможно нажать на маршрут и увидеть его на карте. Юзабилити плохое.

finally it accepts apple pay, and looks like it doesn’t log out too often anymore. anyway, this app is musthave for anyone, who visits Vienna!

Austrian consumer tech deserves a straight zero as usual

Charged me and took my money and didn't issue a ticket. And no Apple pay support.

Please, add Apple Pay support and the ability to add tickets to the wallet app.

I bought a day ticket, but could not use it! when I opened the application, an error occurred that there was no connection. I could not see the purchased tickets. Why your application does not open without the Internet?!😑

On the 9th of January I tried buying tickets for a future date, but the app generated a wrong ticket. Then I wrote to the WienMobil e-mail and they said to me to buy another ticket with the same date and that they will return my money for the previous one. So, I did so and guess what… The app once again generated a wrong date so I wrote an e-mail again and they said that they will respond as fast as they could. Yes, but no! It’s 4th of February and I still don’t have an answer and I have three tickets with wrong date that are not refunded! Do not use, because the app sucks, better go buy a physical ticket! It’s a very disappointing and discouraging experience!
