Худшее приложение транспорта из европейских столиц. Чтобы купить билет нужно заполнить кучу документов, в Праге билет доступен через 10 секунд. Невозможно нажать на маршрут и увидеть его на карте. Юзабилити плохое.

finally it accepts apple pay, and looks like it doesn’t log out too often anymore. anyway, this app is musthave for anyone, who visits Vienna!

Austrian consumer tech deserves a straight zero as usual

Charged me and took my money and didn't issue a ticket. And no Apple pay support.

Please, add Apple Pay support and the ability to add tickets to the wallet app.

I bought a day ticket, but could not use it! when I opened the application, an error occurred that there was no connection. I could not see the purchased tickets. Why your application does not open without the Internet?!😑

I wanted to buy single ticket for metro, but I didn’t have an account. Went smooth at first - I selected the fare, filled in name and went to checkout and then I was asked to make an account or login. So I was like ok that should be fine, if I do with Apple ID. WRONG. I had to verify my apple id with email that was marked as spam. I was starting to be annoyed but I did verify with a faith I can finally get my single ticket. But then it asked me to fill in whole bunch of personal information!!! Here it is where I am angry as a user and working in tech and in product management I am annoyed with lousy work you folks did with login wall here. I ended up buying paper ticket even though I didn’t want to.
