WikiCamps New Zealand

We quite often saw incorrect information on WikiCamps. Many free sites weren’t free and you need to pay. Others weren’t there anymore or couldn’t even be found using Wiki maps in combination with Google. So we can’t say it’s a good tool Greetings Paul Heuvelmans.

WikiCamps offers good info for anybody camping in New Zealand. Easy in use, clear, handy ways to sort info. It helps me a lot

We used this app first in Australia and now in New Zealand. It has all the highlights and campsite easily organized!

We found very nice campings in New Zealand with this app! With more active users it can become as good as the Australian version.

Just starting to use this app; intuitive, and surprisingly has great features I didn't know I needed and now wouldn't do without. Love how you can add a site of interest for the community and would like to see the users doing more of this.

Full of up to date information, makes finding a camping spot easy

Just got back from 5 weeks on the road in the South Island. App constantly froze and sometimes crashed. It’s an informative app otherwise, but stopped using it as just too frustrating.

Was my favourite app for finding freedom camping and the Trip Planner function was amazing! UNTIL it stopped working. It crashed and I couldn’t open my trip planner, reached out to customer service and they weren’t able to solve the issue. I made the same route for new trip planners and the next 2 crashed and no longer able to load them. Very frustrating!
