When I signed up, their UI was made so not obvious, literally tricking you to buy additional addons (infographics and other stuff). I fallen for it and accidentally bought the infographics. Texted an email to support about refunding that, but they didn’t reply. Today I’ve got another receipt for the infographics — turns out it was a subscription, the price of which for 2 months is more than the basic subscription for the year! Scammy things happen here. Avoid!
I tried this app and fell in love with it )) This was what I was looking for… Since then I always recommend this app to my friends and families…
after subscription wiser stop opening. Just crashes and thats all.
Very American mind set up in these books , some are ok some would not be applicable in Europe. I guess better then scrolling on social media , but not sure if worth 20 EUR !
it’s nice but still sometimes the summery sounds like Chatgpt. Cut out and wrongly summarized. It’s too costly for what you get.
Great app but it’s with money
This is my first review to any app. I purchased the premium version for the app which stopped working in like 10 mins. Screen went blank and glitches started. App support team also didn’t help in refunding. Thanks to apple for helping me out and issuing me refund. Please improve your app or stop giving out premium versions. Thank you.
Everytime I want to listen or read a book it says, that the book is not loading? Paid for nothing…
Very bad experience! App worked for first few days. Now anything I try to do gives the message “SESSION _EXPIRED”. I can’t use it. I tried to send a message to support using inapp support no response. I am westing my subscription money & time.
I subscribed for a 7 day free trial but got charged for 3 months already on day 2 without giving a confirmation or any heads up. I want a refund until I decide I want a full subscription. That’s ridiculous
