When I signed up, their UI was made so not obvious, literally tricking you to buy additional addons (infographics and other stuff). I fallen for it and accidentally bought the infographics. Texted an email to support about refunding that, but they didn’t reply. Today I’ve got another receipt for the infographics — turns out it was a subscription, the price of which for 2 months is more than the basic subscription for the year! Scammy things happen here. Avoid!
I tried this app and fell in love with it )) This was what I was looking for… Since then I always recommend this app to my friends and families…

Hola, equipo de Wiser Descargue su aplicación pensando que era gratis y al darme cuenta que no lo era, tome la desición en desinstalarla. Hoy, ve mi registro de cargos de la tarjeta y me realizaron un cargo por $89.99 y la verdad, estoy muy confundida e incómoda. ¿Cómo puedo hacer para que este cargo no se efectúe? O desvincular mi tarjeta para que no se vuelva a repetir esta situación, por favor por justo hoy se me hace el cargo y me acabo de dar cuenta.
