When I signed up, their UI was made so not obvious, literally tricking you to buy additional addons (infographics and other stuff). I fallen for it and accidentally bought the infographics. Texted an email to support about refunding that, but they didn’t reply. Today I’ve got another receipt for the infographics — turns out it was a subscription, the price of which for 2 months is more than the basic subscription for the year! Scammy things happen here. Avoid!
I tried this app and fell in love with it )) This was what I was looking for… Since then I always recommend this app to my friends and families…
after subscription wiser stop opening. Just crashes and thats all.
I paid the premium for full year but i am not able to listen more than 1 chapter of any book. There is no customer care, i am kind of stuck. So not recommending to anyone or buying anyone.
Honestly - l love the idea of the app. But I am frustrated because half the time it doesn’t work. (Can only read the Introduction of a book, but not the chapters. Read mode keeps reading books which I already read although the new book and cover is displaying) I deleted the app more than once and heared from others that they have similar problems. So better get your sh…. together if charging this kind of prices.

He pagado 70 € para nada porque cada que comience un libro se queda a mitad horrible yo pensaba que me iba a servir de algo pero no puedo ni siquiera ni ni leerme un libro porque la aplicación se bloquea cada 2 × 3 se queda sin conexión se queda sin Internetes horrible la verdad que estoy buscando aquí en reclamarle para pedir que me devuelvan el dinero por esto
