Based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), With You, Always provides an AI therapist you can talk to during the day or night. It’s best used as a companion if you’re already in therapy, but you can also use it alone. You can use it to talk about anything troubling you during the day.
NEVER-ENDING THERAPY SESSIONS
You can start and continue a therapy session about any subject indefinitely. It’s not time limited. Jump in and out of the app at any point in your day or night to exchange thoughts and get guided by the AI therapist based on the principles of CBT.
MULTIPLE THERAPY SESSIONS AT ONCE
For each of your topics, you can start separate therapy sessions. Based on your current situation, choose the session with the appropriate topic and continue where you’ve left off.
REVISIT YOUR CONVERSATIONS
The conversations are stored on your device and can be revisited as needed. Sometimes it helps to read through a past discussion again.
DEFINE THE CHARACTER OF YOUR THERAPIST
Try out different character options for your therapist. It’s about getting you the best possible CBT companion.
FAVORITES
Build a collection of uplifting responses and favorite insights from your therapist for quick access when needed.
TEAM OF EXPERTS
With You, Always has been created by a team of experts that includes Prof. Dr. Mojca Zvezdana Dernovšek (MD, MSc, Ph.D.). She’s a specialist in psychiatry and a professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ljubljana.
SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS:
Two subscription options are available. You can choose between a monthly or a yearly subscription. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of the subscription depends on which subscription option you choose. To end a subscription, disable auto-renewal and allow the current period to end. It will not be possible to cancel a subscription immediately. Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Refunds are not available for unused portions of a subscription.
