No communication

I’ve booked my tickets, and there’s no information from the company that the time changes not an email or a message to inform me about my trip about my flight.

Thieves

I booked I flight for my aunt and I choose the auto check in with extra charge, they never auto check in my flight, also online check in wasn’t available and for the return flight the charged 40 euros for the airport check in! Unbelievable….

Check in

For my flight with reservation no PMVBXX (from Athens to Milan) I could not check-in (saying that online check-in is not available!!!!) neither using the app neither the browser because I had to sign up or click that I want to do check-in without loging in. This is very confusing, I had tryed also with other cell phone and it was the same. The app was buffering and the browser was saying that if there is a problem checking in online, I could check-in at the airport for free. When I went to the airport, they charged me 48€ and told me to request a claim at the website of Wizz. I did so, and Wizz regected my claim because there was no problem with its network. So if u do not login, u will be misleads that there is a problem with the system and finally u will be charged

Ταλαιπωρία !!!!!!!

Προσπαθώ για 1 h και 10 λεπτά να κάνω τσεκιν και μετά από τρεις προσπάθειες που πέρασα τα στοιχεία ναι επιβατών για το σύστημα κολλούσε κατάφερα να κάνω το τσεκιν και ενώ περίμενα να πάρω τις κάρτες επιβίβασης μου λέει τελευταία στιγμή ότι αυτές οι κάρτες δεν επιβίβασης και ότι πρέπει να περάσω από τον κισέ της βιζέρ απλά και μόνο για να ταλαιπωρηθώ. Αυτά δεν τα κάνει από την Ράιαν ερ είστε απαράδεκτοι.. Είναι αιτία για να μην προτιμήσω ξανά την εταιρεία σας επίσης όταν έκανα την κράτηση από το κινητό μου ήταν πάρα πολύ δύσκολο και μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία για να κανω κράτηση τα εισιτήρια αν θέλετε να έχετε δουλειά να βελτιωθεί είτε δε σέβεται τους πελάτες σας

Useless

Not working with revolut, not working with visa, not working with Mastercard or any of th 5 cards I tried. It gets stuck after 3-D verification. Every time it gets stuck it makes you start from scratch and the price is increased 10€. I’ve wasted one hour with your useless app. Thank for letting me know I should never check for flights through your company again.
