The WordWeb dictionary database includes:

Есть всё. Словарь толковый. Естественно без перевода. English only.
Вещь!
Снес Webster . Без интернета. Произношение изумительное, специально записанное. Хочешь Brit, US, Can., Australia. Выставляй и слушай. Размер шрифта регулируется в настройках. Вещь!!!!! PS. Товарищ погорячился и поставил три звезды за не русский АНГЛИЙСКИЙ ТОЛКОВЫЙ СЛОВАРЬ??????
Update
I can't update the app. It keeps on saying "you cannot update it at this time" but then this is all the time 24/7! What's wrong? I do like this app!
The best!
I found this to be the best one. Precise pronunciations with audio. Even includes accents. A must have.
Best dictionary app!
This is the best dictionary app for multiple reasons; I will give you three- pronunciation guide without diacritics, simple interface without word of the day and other nonsense, audio pronunciation in US and UK English.

One of the best dictionary app available. Also the dev keeps the app updated with new features.
Good App.serves the Purpose
This is a good app, certainly needs an improvement but serves the purpose. Should include Thesauruses as well within the word search to make it a comprehensive solution.
