As a manager, you can take action wherever you are

• View your team or individual profiles and immediately take actions relevant to your role, such as perform a job change, make a compensation change, or provide performance feedback.
• Stay connected to your business by gaining quick insight into what's important through interactive reports and dashboards.
And if your mobile device is ever lost or stolen, you can be confident that your data is secure. With support for Touch ID and Face ID, only you can access your information.
Note: Your organization must authorize access to the Workday mobile app. You will only have access to mobile features your organization has enabled, based on your role (not all mobile features may be available to you).
Not all Workday features are available on mobile.

Ленивые разработчики
Вроде неплохое приложение. Но в нос логика немного отличается от десктопной, что уже напрягает. Но я каждую неделю должен вводить заново логин и пароль, хотя в приложениях от Майкрософт все нормально. Немного напрягает этот постоянный сброс моей учетки.

Workday interface
It’s so ugly and non user friendly interface. I suppose need significant development for it. Previous PC&D system in Lotus Notes wasn’t brilliant but Workday now has bad functionality.
Terrible
Why can you only see your letter grade on the app instead of the actual percentage like the website? It’s also much better to make course registrations on the website. Just terrible terrible terrible.

Some features don’t always work at times and it takes a few days for it work. Like right now I can not RTO any days off

Simple to use and easy to track .
Schedule not working.
I have not been able to check my schedule on this app for weeks. I have to refer to a physical schedule at work. I keep getting errors or the page is stuck loading or it never fully loads.
Unhappy user
3 out of 5 times I sign in I have to re create a new pin. Work day is a pos !
