Dark Mode needs to be added, save our eyes from the blinding white screen

Was working great until this week, now it wants me to login again after almost 10 months without asking for a new login. That was the annoying part, the problem is that the latest version now opens a web browser instance but won’t display a keyboard for typing?! How exactly am I to login if your app won’t display the keyboard?! For anyone reading, my iOS is up to date and I’m on iPhone 14 so if you’re unaffected, consider yourself lucky.

When I log in it opens the workvivo website inside the embedded browser used to do the login instead of returning to the app. If I click done on top left it takes me back to the app Get Started page. If I click Get started again I just end up back at the login screen.

I NEVER get any notifications from this app even though I am signed up to receive them and have them enabled in my Notification Center. Without notifications, this app doesn’t function as a reliable tool for work. Also, the app ALWAYS logs me out and I have to log back in every time I use it. So frustrating (and probably why the notifications don’t work). I’ve tried every setting and have background refresh enabled, etc. There needs to be an option to remember me and keep me logged in on my phone, and that doesn’t seem to exist? My employers want to use this to notify employees of important things, but I never am notified about it. I don’t have access to email notifications for the account, just the app notifications on my work phone. I’ll change my rating when the issue is fixed, but until then, this makes the app completely unusable for me and my job, not to mention frustrating. Please fix!

Such an intuitive app. The support is incredible and the platform has been a game changer for global employee connection.

Please add the ability to copy the content of a thread. For example, I had someone respond with a URL in the comments. I’d like to copy and save thst URL for later, as it immediately redirects to another URL that won’t work for later use.
