Sometimes Apps is not responsive.

this app there is no option of (buy now pay later ) maybe it was before this option but now you can’t do installment with it ! I already contacted the customer service what’s app and they are saying that there is issue with the app wait ,, bext day I contacted and the same thing they are saying ,, I tried day after day but no update! so this app now for only transferring money and offers which is available in every app !! it is useless app.

The app was working quite well for the past months however recently it just don’t allow me to buy anything it’s just not working

This app is like a dummy app u can see the products u want to buy but wen u click on it it doesn’t let u buy any thing and it wil not open to go to the purchase page and purchase it don’t waste your time installing this app

If theres a negative star on the options, I would have chosen it. We ordered a washing machine , I tried to follow-up because its not yet delivered until today( its been 2 weeks and half now) and no washing machine, you cant even talk to customer service because once you have complaints, they just ignore your message .

Hi Idid a payment for 25% of 1700 AED to purchase a device with installment but it was technical issue so the money deducted but I didn’t receive anything i tried a lot to contact the company through WhatsApp and email but no one answer then i call and they confirmed that they receive the money and they said will give me Amazon voucher by next day at 1pm but no one back to me i call around 2:30 pm they said at 3 pm exactly i will receive the voucher, but they call me to inform that they can’t provide the voucher i said its ok but i want to come to the office to collect my money cash because i was nearby JLT , they said no only online the refund can be ( i never ask for refund and the problem was from Go Rise not from me ) , around 4:30 pm they call me again and she said come take the amount cash that time i back home ( Deira and taxi go and back to JLT approximately 180 AED) already . And i inform her that my payment was with Virtual Debit master Card the refund it will not be done and i can give her my Physical Debit Card and Bank account Details to avoid any delay she said already we proceed the refund which’s impossible with Virtual Debit Card . The conclusion they don’t want to give me product or voucher even my money they don’t want to back it easily. 13 years in GCC never happened to me i will make it case i trust UAE 🇦🇪 low and Dubai consumer protection

Found it very useful to share access with family ij India without having to share any credit card details.
