I have tried multiple times to download the app from App Store on my iPhone version 18.1.2. I get the same error every time. Very frustrating. Can log on to get help.

An authentication app that fails to authenticate—who would have thought? It hasn’t worked for nearly four months now. I can’t access my account without constantly resetting my password, as both the email and authentication app fail to send or accept codes.

Literally download and use any other accounting software BUT Xero, unless you want to be unable to log in randomly

Why do I need ANOTHER app for a basic function so annoying use MYOB or something cos this was clearly designed by accountants not humans.

Why make it so difficult for me to do admin? Already difficult enough.

Great app

This app is essentially a huge annoyance every time I try to log into Xero. I quite understand the needful third-party authentication. Perhaps they could use something written by people who know what they are doing.

Clicking “Yes, it’s me” when notified of a login attempt didn’t allow the login. Seems fairly critical to the functionality of the app…

Easy MFA implementation and works seamlessly. To all the haters: get a life. MFA is standard practice across the board now, so get over it. Also you don’t need to use Xero Verify: you can use Authy or Google Authenticate. Also you can use the backup email option. Also you shouldn’t be sharing your login credentials. Set up new accounts for your other users and they can then setup their own MFA. Stop being a baby and learn something about the importance of MFA in security. Lol.
