This app used to be great. But now it has a significant amount of ads to the point it takes about 45 seconds to one minute to be able to access any camera. That is not good in an emergency setting. I subscribed while we were on vacation thinking that I would unsubscribe when I get home. WARNING: THIS COMPANY WILL NOT LET YOU UNSUBSCRIBE. When you try to unsubscribe in the app, it takes you to an AI powered Chatbot that allows you to ask questions, but you are only able to email customer service. When I email customer service, they come back with an offer, but no way to unsubscribe. After constant messages to them, begging them to unsubscribe me, I still have not been successful in cancelling my service. It’s been two months and I have been charged twice now. Luckily, I have reported this to my bank as a scam and got reimbursed. I will also have to delete my account (and will throw in my cameras), which I am honestly not sad about because I hate this company that much for eating up so much of my time.
