A Plan to Succeed
Before I started using the YMCA App, my workouts were at the mercy of memory and motivation. I never knew what classes were available within my changing daily schedule so I often stayed home and did not much. Now that Im using the app, I can tell my day how it’s going to go and plan to succeed in my fitness goals. I’ve missed very few days now, have more energy and only have 10 more lbs, out of 35, to reach goal weight! It’s been a life changer for me.
