### *---- "European customer data is not safe with YNAB"
1) YNAB wants its users to buy one-year subscriptions, but they do not offer localisation for different countries. Poor value for the service.

2) Users cannot choose which cloud storage is used to sync their private data, for example to use iCloud or something that stores customer data inside EEA. Poor user customisability and lacking compliance with EU’s laws.

3) Users private data will be transferred outside EEA, which is illegal by default without a separate legal contract of how YNAB is providing equal data protection that GDPR is providing as privacy Shield has been invalidated. YNAB has no respect for EU’s GDPR and data security laws.

4) YNAB cannot protect non-Americans’ data against FISA section 702 data requests, which means that US government will get access to all your data that you store within YNAB. YNAB Does not respect your privacy, choose services that store data inside EU instead to YNAB.

If you want to keep your economical data safe and private, do not use YNAB, until they stop  illegal transfer of European customer’s data outside EU.
