When they introduced their subscription model, I easily swallowed that pill because it was a great tool for me. But it‘s getting very frustrating to use nowadays with new design changes every month. Information and features that where easily accessible now require 3 or 4 taps. The whole report section used to be great, but doesn’t „reflect“ anything anymore ever since the designers messed that up a year ago. It’s just frustrating to see that a once beloved app is getting worse just for the sake of their designers‘ egos. Oh yes and I contacted them via their help email address. Yes I did join their RC TestFlight group. Yes I gave feedback. Can’t imagine how others live without it - the tool uncovers your real financial situation and habits, not the ones you imagine you have. Learning curve is a nightmare but totally worth it. Took us maybe a year to polish categories and rules, although we were pretty disorganised family with chaotic finances. Support and docs are good and helpful. Now it has turned into unusable app. Opens on a home screen filled with videos instead of the budget. All selections have changed in the menu so with each change buttons shift and with each update you have to figure out again where everythings has ended up. It used to be clear overview of outgoing and incoming money and now it is a mess and takes me longer to master app wasting my time to understand my financial situation.
