The app looks great at first but once you assign an account to your budget, you can’t correct any mistakes you make, so if you’re less than perfect like me and need a learning curve, the app becomes impossible to use.
I added an amount manually and for some reason it multiplied it by 10 and there was no way of correcting it to the correct amount. I wrote to support and received a very long and complicated answer which did not address my concerns. I’m not an idiot but there was no way of working with the app. I give up. Too bad!

### ****- "The product itself is best in category"
But for this amount of money, i would prefer more updates to it.

For example: the ipad app should be as feature heavy as the online app. The ios apps should have all the reports what the web app has. More reports would be welcome for sure as well.
Also just buy or copy the tools for ynab addon which is for chrome and ff, it delivers sooo much useful features! And bring that to ios apps as well!
The 2 to 3 monthly added small features are ok, but would prefer more...

### *---- "No option for monthly subscription though there should be"
The App itself is 5 star, but the customer experience is another case see: Trial has ended wanted to subscribe at monthly basis but the app points to the annual subscription and there’s no option to change it. Support also said I can use the monthly subscription from the Setting menu, but without ending the trial you cannkt access it. Once trial has ended you have only annual subscription option so you could access the setting menu... so I spent 34 days of trial with the app, loved it wanted to subscribe but don’t want to soend that much in one batch and there’s info that I have that option but it is simply not true.

### ****- "Calculator (not quite) everywhere"
The calculator is a welcome addition. Unfortunately, it isn't everywhere. It is missing from the most important part the app: when entering expenses with split categories. It is present where it is mostly useless: entering the total is easy as it is usually written at the bottom of the bill/receipt/whatever. I still have to manually sum items to enter split categories.
Have could you overlook something that important and trivial? 😞

The new app is fantastic, but it’s still a bit hard to use it for every little transaction on our daily basis. On iPhone 6/SE, where there is no ForceTouch, a Notification Center Widget would be a game-changer!

The new upgraded app is just wonderful! The only feature I miss is a calculator like thing with just a "+" and a "-" when you enter your expense/income. I highly recommend this app to everybody! If you are a student you can get a year of free subscription too!
