The developer is very greedy and arrogant. After paying for their desktop app, they asked from their users to pay full rate in order to be able to use their “updated” online version. Instead of charging a reduced fee for the additional features an old user would use while transitioning to the online app - on top of the main idea that was delivered as well by the stand alone app - they punished their own loyal customers to pay again at full rate after already having paid previously for their business development. While sharing this perspective with senior company representatives, their feedback was arrogant and full of bs. While I very much liked the YANB idea and features, there are many other cheaper and better options and I have chosen one of the alternatives.
