Great movies, the annoying thing are the comments from the viewers. Too many comments flooding the screen n is distracting. Please block viewers’ comments. Tq!

I watch my favorite c-drama on Youku app on TV. I usually experience lagging issue, and I even have to lower the video quality to 540p! I’ve checked further, no issue with my Internet. Please fix this Youku!

Hi Team, Please stop directing me to “recover rights” because the instructions there are very unclear, i can’t watch the show i’ve already paid for my VIP monthly subscription for it. Let me know if there’s any other solution available. You have no proper platform for customer service at all. .

Hi Youku. Please fix your english translation. The translation is kinda messed up. I don’t quite understand even though it is translated. It is such a waste of money because i subscribe the premium one and the translation is not accurate. Please notice my review. I hope you can do better in the future.
