Tried to register, got the codes, entered them, does not work, codes not accepted.

I am unable to make reservations on the app anymore. Tech is working to fix app but for now I either have to go in or phone. This is what it says when I try to confirm for both boarding or daycare Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'animals') 500

Would like to be able to book multiple dogs that will stay in one suite together at the same time.

TK9 Staff and Facility is awesome for boarding/ daycare etc. Staff is great and treats our dogs as they would their own! Thank you , TK9! All Shepherd Rescue

The app does not allow me to actually change the name of my pet from the neme of “Puppy #1”, this should be a basic function! Second, it would be great if the app actually keep a journal of all your previous appointments for your pets as well. This seems like something everyone could use. Overall this a very basic app and could use more development.

Asks for your zip code. On iPhone the keypad blocks the submit button. So you can type your zip code but you can’t press submit. Just awful.

Pointless app, nothing works, they keep changing my dog’s information every time I use the app. It changes my dog’s breed and a bunch of info such as their spay and neuter info. I have to update this EVERY time! Ridiculous. The booking never works and disappears constantly. There’s nowhere to see current appointments either. They don’t show up anywhere. They also advertise cameras and kennel cams to watch your dog, BUT THERES NO WHERE TO WATCH IT. Why are you advertising this??? I contacted customer service and they said it’s not available… WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING THIS?? WORST APP EVER

I have two hamsters who I may need to board with a pocket pet care company. They say they can do appointments through this app, but when I tried to add a pet, there was no option for anything other than cat or dog. Just really unhelpful and underdeveloped.

I highly recommend this app, it makes my life easy with scheduling appointments for my pets. Thank you for providing Bestlife plans, it helps me save lot $$$..

Would give 0 stars. App requires a “one time” code sent to email in order to log in. However opening the email app resets the log process in the Yourgi app requiring the user to restart the log in process creating an endless loop of attempting to log in then looking for code then attempting to log in and so on. I have stopped trying to use the app and just call my groomer now. They say I’m not alone and I expect they will discontinue using it soon from complaints. Uninstalled.
